As Vice President of Marketing for one of the world’s leading distributors of collectible products, Don increased sales in his first year by an astounding 700%.  Utilizing TV and proprietary non-traditional channels to maximum effect, his revolutionary marketing programs have repeatedly smashed existing sales records as they dramatically broadened the customer base of his product’s category.

A direct marketing expert with a specialization in entertainment properties and related merchandise, Baker is particularly adept in all facets of related media and logistics. Possessing one of the strongest track records in this market segment, as Vice President, Direct Marketing for Real Entertainment, he was responsible for generating over $75 MM in gross sales for the company via such channels.  Principle properties included the Jerry Springer, Un-censored”, “America’s Funniest Home Videos” sell-through videotape products as well as merchandise for Xena-Warrior Princess .

Don's unsurpassed ability to quickly and efficiently set-up effective logistical support systems for direct marketing programs comes from time spent as Director of Distribution and Custom Packaging for America’s largest video duplicator, the Technicolor Corp.  In that capacity, he was responsible for the establishment of a 200,000 sq. ft video distribution center that grew from 200, to over 500 employees in just one year.

Over the years 1979 to 1987, Baker established himself as an expert in direct marketing product fulfillment and logistics for campaigns like Teleflora and Paramount Pictures.

Partner - Brett A. Stover

A diversified marketing veteran with 20 years experience, Brett has distinguished himself as both an innovative strategist and an accomplished deal maker.

Specializing in the development and implementation of strategic alliance marketing campaigns for motion picture studios including Universal Pictures and Paramount Pictures, his endeavors have ranged in scope from conceiving comprehensive marketing plans for Internet start-ups to the organization of multi-million dollar corporate tie-in promotions for major entertainment properties.  Often solely responsible for all aspects of his campaigns, Brett’s programs have frequently served as a template for subsequent industry efforts.

Forming the cornerstone of Stover's understanding of the mass media is his 7-year stint in marketing and on-air production for the Sports Division of the Financial News Network.  During this period, Stover created a wide variety of direct response content including 60-second commercials, interactive game shows, long-form infomercials as well as segments for the TelShop home shopping program

Leveraging such merchandising success, Brett later served as a strategic consultant to top content marketers in service of some of the industry's most successful television based direct response programs.

Recent positions include Director of Business Development for the streaming media provider e-Media.  Duties included creation of strategic alliances, sales and marketing for what was then the Web’s largest provider of multi-media content.  At the second, the on-line gift registry WishList.com, Stover served as Vice President of Marketing.

Prior to the Internet, Stover was involved in the Southern California launch of the Paladin professional staffing agency.  During this tenure he exclusively served a senior level clientele at major corporate marketing departments and advertising agencies.  In so doing, these efforts helped guide the new business to over $4 Million in billings in just its first 18 months of operation.
